Your biceps can easily get a good workout carrying in groceries, lifting up a toddler or toting textbooks to class. (Of course additional strength training in the gym is great for the front of the arms as well.) But the back of the arms? A little more difficult to strengthen through everyday activities. While the triceps require a bit more direct attention, this effort certainly pays off.
You can help your triceps look more like this (and who doesn’t want that?) by giving these moves a shot three times each week on nonconsecutive days. Use a weight that you can complete 8-12 reps with and add on additional sets (up to three) or increase the weight when this gets too easy.
Then come back and let me know how your arms feel! :)
