the gym on Tuesday night. Heavy, heavy legs. About mile four I was wiped out. I pushed on though and in the end was just so happy I got my run in. Motivation is coming back . Still not waking up early though...meah~|
Dinner tonight was baked turkey meatball, spaghetti squash, and roasted broccoli.
