On the other hand, the little man & I went for a 2.5 mile run this morning. So now I’m caught up on my training.
Today is Core Workout #2 for the week. My last one ( the plank party ) didn’t make me sore, so I had to ramp it up today.
OH...and I forgot to put on –> RUSSIAN TWISTS - 50
This was a workout we did when I fought fire. We had an hour (on most days) for PT and it was usually as a group. So after a nice run, we gathered on the grass & then did some strength training – plyometric style. We did a leg workout which was an absolute KILLER! Guaranteed soreness! I will save that for another day. But for now, give this ab workout a try!!
