Yoga Pose May: Bridge Pose

All kinds of yogis and bloggers are spreading the yoga love this month thanks to Kate and Tina .

Most of you probably already know I love me some yoga and try to fit a practice in at least twice a week. Not only does it calm the mind, center me, and increase flexibility, but it doubles as strength training.

Bridge pose , or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, is actually one of my favorites, so it’s my pleasure to represent this pose today.
