So I was very excited to participate in Tina and Kate’s Yoga May . They wanted to bring more awareness to Yoga by having various blogs post different poses. My pose–
Dancer (Natarajasana Pose)
I bust out this pose everywhere- In Puerto Rico- at a gorgeous water fall- and even at the Taj Mahal in India. It’s one of my favorite poses.
Here’s some info about the Dancer pose-
Natarajasana comes from ‘Nataraja’, the Hindu god Shiva. This pose represents the energy of the universe.

Benefits: Strengthens legs, improves balance, stretches the shoulders
