Yoga is a good cure for people who are unable to sleep well at night. Called insomnia this is a problem that affects many mainly due to age and at times due to anxiety. Sleep is a total relaxation of mind and body and there should ideally be no mental activity or movement while sleeping. It is this state of unconsciousness that is a must for good health.
