Halasana YogaPractise Halasana which is an easy way of maintaining a good sexual life. Slowly you have to bring your head as well as the feet towards the ground and you should make sure that you keep the knees straight. The tailbone should be the highest point of your body and you should bring your arms below so that they are very close to the ground. You should walk with the help of your toes and they should be towards the head.
