Yesterday and Todays Workouts

I have been so busy with work, I just haven’t had the time to keep up with my posts. Yesterday I continued with the same workout plan as last week. I did the Lower Body and Abs Workout . I also did running intervals for 30 minutes outside.I alternated between walking 2 minutes and running 1 minute. This morning I went to the gym and did the Back and Chest Workout from last week. I also did another set of intervals for 25 minutes on the treadmill. I was happy to get done with my workout because I was so excited about breakfast this morning. I knew I had some fresh fruit at home and I couldn’t wait to eat it. I had my oatmeal topped with strawberries with a super sweet peach on the side. Yummy!

 

 

This is going to be another busy long day at work. Hopefully it will go by fats! :) I hope your Wednesday is great!
