Last night was a late night as my husband and I went to see the comedian Kathy Griffin who was performing in town. She is sooooo funny!
I was tired this morning, though. I had a busy day planned too (of course, it always works out that way). I used my favorite mug and had a strong cup o' tea to help perk me up. A 20-minute mid-morning nap also did the trick.
It was worth being tired to see Kathy and laugh with a whole room full of people. Laughing is healthy!
How often do you laugh? Do you "schedule" your laughter by watching certain tv shows or being around certain people? Or, do you just wait for it to show up in your life?
