{WORKOUT} Upper Body Blast: When You’re Crunched For Time

Dumbbells have become my best friends. Seriously. Who knew that it was so simple to gain definition in your arms? All you need: dumbbells! Sure, I occasionally use machines, but the majority of my upper body workouts revolve around dumbbells. When I am crunched for time, as I was yesterday, I opt for this routine. You simple POWER through a few key workouts and BAM!

I can proudly say that I took this picture post-workout yesterday. Yes, I actually have arm muscles. OH MY GOSH. This is new to me. I still get this giddy feeling when I look at my arms and SEE definition. It’s pretty much an amazing feeling. I feel so strong and empowered. I have always been cardio, cardio, cardio but adding strength training (specifically upper body) has made me feel like such a bada$$. I recommend it to anyone and EVERYONE.
I have a busy day ahead of me! Packing, moving, and hopefully a LONG run. All of this on top of the to-do list that is still piling up. I hope to have a weekly wrap-up tomorrow for all of my lovely followers! Enjoy your Thursday, own your workouts, and make somebody SMILE today!
