Workout Plan for the Week

Here we go….

Workout plan for this week!

Monday: Refine Method (went this morning) and spin at  Revolve after work. Yes, this sounds crazy but I need to fit in 12 Refine classes by the end of the month and I skipped class this past weekend.

Tuesday: IntenSati. Normally I would go to Refine on Tuesday night to keep up with the challenge but I have laser hair removal right near Equinox so I need to go to intenSati! I do miss my Tuesday night Sati class and friends so I’m kind of glad I have to go there.

Wednesday: Spin at Revolve in the morning. Teaching intenSati at night. I was convinced to do a 7am Revolve class on Twitter last week. There are 4 or 5 other bloggers going so I don’t want to feel left out. I also hear that the instructor is amazing so why not wake up at 5:30 am for this?

Thursday: Probably a rest day but I would love to do Refine if my legs agree.

Friday:  Spin. More on this later.

Saturday: Refine

Sunday: Refine or rest day.


How did I do last week?

Monday: Spin at Equinox:  Complete!

Tuesday: Refine Method: Complete! 

Wednesday: Teach intenSati: Complete!

Thursday: Refine Method or Rio Extreme Took a rest day. Went out to dinner instead because I had a Living Social deal that was expiring the following day.

Friday: Core Fusion: Complete!

Saturday: Refine Method  Can I blame this on the snow?

Sunday: Rest: Practiced teaching spin for about 2 hours with Dori !

I almost stuck with my plan but wish I took Refine during the weekend. As far as food goes, I did not stick with the diet at all and realized that I love bread too much to completely cut it out all week. Stay tuned for a post about what I have been eating this week.
