Workout Plan and Wendy Williams Experience

Hello! I am looking at my workout plan from last week and realizing now that I did not stick to it at all! I really only worked out 3 days because I was not feeling well in the beginning of the week and was busy this weekend. Here is what I did in bold:

Monday: Spin at SunCycle Studios in Queens  Complete!
Tuesday: Refine Method or intenSati  Rest day (was sick)
Wednesday: Refine Method Complete!
Thursday: Spin at SunCycle Studios (or rest day). I went to the Wendy Williams show so did not work out. See below for more on that!
Friday: Rest if I do go to spin on Thursday, Refine Method if I don’t rest.
Saturday: Refine Method or Spin at SunCycle  Rest
Sunday: Refine Method or Spin at SunCycle. I did not just take a spin class, I taught one!! I am going to post about this in a couple of days. 

So, more about Wendy Williams . I applied for tickets a couple of weeks ago when I heard that Armin Van Buuren would be on the show. He is my favorite DJ so of course I wanted to go see him! I invited my mom since we both love being on TV. We waited in a room for about an hour before entering the studio. It was really cool because most of the people in the audience were electronic music fans completely obsessed with Armin. I even met a Twitter follower there!

They eventually brought us in the studio where I quickly took a picture before getting yelled at!

Paris Hilton was also on the show (who cares). We did get her new perfume and a $100 gift certificate to for coming on the show! There was a DJ there before the show and during commercial breaks to get everyone pumped up and energized. It was a complete dance party, especially with all of us electronic dance music fans sitting there.

When Armin came out, I went completely crazy and felt like a teenager again. I was not the only one though. You can find me all the way on the left jumping up and down!

My mom and I had so much fun the entire time, screaming and dancing to try to get on TV. It worked!

I did not actually see the entire episode yet, but my mom watched it and took pictures of her TV screen for me. It was such a fun morning and I would definitely do it again!

And finally,  here is my workout plan for the week:

Today: Rest day. I work late so I know I won’t feel like doing anything.

Tuesday: Refine Method

Wednesday: FITMAPPED workout at The Fhitting Room

Thursday: Refine Method

Friday: Rest or Refine

Saturday: Rest or Refine

Sunday: Teach Spin (I think!)
