Work work work

We are almost there! a few more days and then the weekend.

I am so sorry for not posting last night but I was destroyed by the end of the night. Work was actually pretty busy and I didn’t make it out until around 8:30. I came home and made a cottage cheese, tomato, and zucchini mess with a side a kashi go lean crunch cereal and soy milk. I was craving a comforting bowl of cereal for some reason.

This morning I woke up bright and early for another spin class class :) I was not feeling it at first but I am glad I attended. I have a lot of work to do today: Coping strategies and stress paper, spanish composition, spanish workbook, and a reflection paper about depression.

Breakfast this morning was AMAZING and there is no exaggeration in that.

  • 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, big splash of soy milk
  • raisins
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry kefir
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon egg beaters
  • cinnamon
  • PB of course and a smidge of blueberry preserves P1010565

I was skeptical about the blueberry preserves at first but once I placed it in my mouth I was astonished! I wish I had put more but I was so hungry I just gobbled it all up.  I will work on it for next time. My grocery supply is running SUPER low so there is not much  I can do with creativity here.

Off to abnormal psychology to learn about dissociative disorders.  Also, I will give you a full product review on the strawberry kefir and trader joes’ blueberry preserves later today when I find some time.
