Work/out Wear – Help Required!!!

Calling all Blogland… I have a dilemma!  Please can you help me?

I drive into North East London from Essex whenever I’m working from the office… I can’t change that… however, I want to start running between my car and the office door.  The dilemma is this – there is no shower and no iron!  All I have is a locker. 

How do I go from sweaty runner to sophisticated researcher in a short amount of time with minimum effort??
