Mine was pretty typical. I worked. Then I worked out.
Two new things, though:
1.) I had a pomelo for breakfast. Never had one before. Picked one up at Trader Joe’s last weekend after the produce guy told me they are in season right now.
I ate it like a grapefruit. Is that how you’re supposed to eat it? Or do you peel it like an orange? I don’t know. Regardless, it was good. Like a sweet grapefruit.
2.) I signed up for the FXB maintenance program today. Meaning, I’m going to continue on after the 10 weeks are up. I’m just loving the workouts, the people, and the positive atmosphere so much that I really don’t have any interest in going back to my regular gym.
What’s going to be really different for me is that I signed up for morning workouts! Besides weekends, I’ve never been a morning workout person. I struggle to getting up for work as it is (why is that? I have NO problem waking up at the butt crack of dawn on weekends, but on weekdays I’m like a sloth).
Anyone workout in the morning?Do you have any tips for a lazy girl who can’t get her butt outta bed? At least I work from home so I can just take my stanky ass back home after class and don’t have to worry about showering at the gym or anything.
