Happy Wednesday folks! The only good thing about the Tuesday following a long weekend is that Wednesday is right around the corner and you’re halfway to your next weekend … WEE! Since it’s Wednesday, I am excited to link up with the lovely Jenn of Peas and Crayons for another edition of “ What I Ate Wednesday “.
I have a problem. I am addicted to baked apple cinnamon oatmeal . It’s a good problem to have though right? I enjoyed it with iced coffee and fresh fruit.
I packed a lunch and took it with me to post. I volunteered in the morning and then went to CrossFit. Since it was during Em’s nap time I hung around for a bit. I had a green tea lemonade, a chicken salad sandwich, carrot sticks, and some clementines.
A new recipe perfected for you guys! Can’t wait to share it … chicken sausage, spinach, and tomato pasta. The whole family LOVED it.
I also snacked throughout the day … a Larabar at the hospital, GNC Total Lean Chocolate Peanut Butter protein shake post-WOD, and a s’mores with Chris
