It’s been awhile since I have shared my day in food so in honor of What I Ate Wednesday here we go!


My morning started out with some green juice – a combination of celery, romaine, spinach, apple, parsley, lemon, and ginger followed by a banana on the way to the gym. 
 
Post workout was “brunch” a huge bowl of sautéed tempeh, sweet potato, spinach, collards, cilantro, and red pepper flakes over Japanese brown rice
 
and a soy latte for dessert.
 
For dinner I kept it simple and quick with some fresh pasta tossed with garlic oil, red pepper flakes, arugula, and topped off with a fried egg – YUM! 
 
And of course my evening wrapped up with a few squares of dark chocolate and a glass of wine :)
