I have done Day 1 and Day 2 now of Tina’s Bootcamp … LOVED the full-body weight circuit from Monday. I can’t post the exact workout out of respect for Tina and my fellow bootcampers but let’s just say it was a butt killer … literally. My butt was crying. Yesterday’s workout was a 4.5 mile run … in 42:12 … or a 9:20/mile pace!!!
Anyways I epically failed in “greenifying” my meals this week … OOPS. Better luck next week Emmie totally “greenified” herself this week by eating tons of PEAS! Love it. PS … did you know peas aren’t vegetables? They’re technically a legume. You learn something new every week
