I know I’ve showed you all about Disney over this past weekend. I mean it is all I’ve been talking about.
I’m sorry, but I had such a great time I can’t get over it!
I did take pictures of some stuff yesterday but honestly, I’m trying to use up all the food I have since I’m heading home for spring break tomorrow after midterms!
I figured I would share with you all my FAVORITE things I ate in Disney.
I’ll be honest, some of the things I was not impressed with, but in case you are gluten free and heading over to Disney, I want you to get the best stuff.
I know the “theme” is veggies, but I’ll be honest I ate a LOT of carbs this weekend. More than usual!
Sometimes you have to eat what you can get that’s gluten free, and I was carb-loading after all

1. Best thing I ate at Sanaa:
Lamb. I don’t think I’ve ever had lamb before but this was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. It was probably the best savory thing I had all night. Definitely get this there!
My favorite things out of these items were the top right corner, Paneer cheese and spinach, and the top left corner beef short ribs. I’m usually not a huge red meat girl, but obviously the lamb and ribs both exceeded my expectations.
Of course, dessert! The middle one was a chai cream with tea tuile, literally amazing. The entire table was raving about it! And the one on the left was amazing too, some sort of passion sorbet. Both highly recommended.
2. Day 2 and 3
Some sort of gluten free sugar donuts. That was the only thing they had at the meet up and I had to ask for it.
I ordered room service one day because I had very little time and was afraid the little café wasn’t going to have gluten free. They chef was very accommodating and got my food to me ASAP. They send me chicken, roasted vegetables, and basmati rice. Absolutely delicious!
Yup, I’m including my iced coffee. Usually Disney coffee is awful, but luckily we found a stand right inside Epcot and grabbed an iced coffee. Our eyes were slamming shut and this helped a lot.
Amy’s Organic Gluten Free Pizza. I had this at pizzafari in Animal Kingdom, so good! I wasn’t expecting it to be this yummy but I devoured it.
At pizzafari as well, one of the best brownies ever.
The linguini at Via Napoli. Brown rice toast with shellfish.
Veggie omelet and potatoes. Of course the meal after my race was delicious. Room service at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
There you have it! The best GF meals I ate all weekend.
