2 whole wheat waffles with PB and syrup. Strawberries and blueberries on the side.
This morning I was able to get some stuff done because the hubs and baby slept late. Baby girl was great last night: slept midnight to 4, 4:30-7:30, 7:30-9:30. Before they were even up I had laundry going and the kitchen floors hand scrubbed!
The hubs headed to the gym so Em and I spent some time hanging out in her boppy, looking at books, and watching the Today show.
Lunch
Surprise surprise... turkey sandwich on whole wheat with spinach, cheese, and mustard. Steamed broccoli on the side.
This afternoon I went to the gym. I modified one of Julie's work-outs and it looked something like this:

I felt pretty good after this. It turned out being 1.41 miles. I think I can probably increase my speeds next week. I also did 15 minutes of abs.
Dinner
Mom's meatloaf (Freezer meal), parmesan mashed potatoes, and parmesan and garlic steamed and sauteed green beans.
Spending the rest of the evening watching quality television with the hubster. I {heart} Modern Family and Up All Night.
