Have you ever had a real craving for certain food and not sure why? Normally for food that isn't that healthy. This interesting list of foods compiled by Doug Setter of 2nd Wind Body Science is a great tool. When we crave foods that aren't healthy, it is because our bodies are craving a certain nutrient.
