What would cause achy to painful joints, feeling tight, low grade fever, burning sensation in eyes?

Since Thursday, feeling fatigue, eyes and lips burn, painful joints, low grade fever. Currently in Nursing school, in class approximately 30 hours and working 20 hours. Mother and wife and I am 37 yrs old.
