Breakfast included coffee (with Bailey’s Irish Cream of course!) and watermelon. I’m obsessed with watermelon lately. It’s one of my favorite summer fruits, but I always forget it’s my favorite until I eat it again. Did that make sense? Who knows.
Lunch:
For lunch I was reeeeeeally craving cheese so I decided to have cheesy toast with buffalo sauce and a side of acorn squash. I haven’t had acorn squash in forever…I’ve missed it! This acorn squash had savory spices on it (which was delicious!!), but one of my other favorite ways to eat it is with cinnamon. Obsessed!
Dinner:
I failed and forgot to take a picture of dinner…oops!! I had a piece of chicken parmesan pizza, which was fantastic, and a pesto breadstick.
I know this is a totally lame WIAW, but it’s been a crazy past couple of days. I promise next week’s eats will be more exciting!
