It’s Wednesday!! That means it’s time for WIAW. Every Wednesday I post my meals from Tuesday and share them with you all! Remember, I don’t share everything I ate…just the meals!
Breakfast
The past couple days I’ve been craving an egg sandwich so I decided this would be the day! I love having egg sandwiches for breakfast because they usually keep me pretty full until lunch. This one was seasoned with salt & pepper and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I also used really delicious whole wheat bread, which had lots of seeds and tasted really fresh! This is actually a recycled picture because I completely forgot to take a picture.
Lunch
Today I was in a rush to get lunch so I stopped by Panera and grabbed a Thai Chopped Chicken Salad & Acai Iced Tea. This was my first time having the salad and it was delicious! I wasn’t expecting it to be spicy but it was a pleasant surprise because I love spicy foods. I will definitely be buying this again…so good!!
Dinner
Dinner was a bowl of leftover Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Skillet from yesterday. This recipe is so good…Jessica is a genius!! I highly recommend it. I didn’t even have time to marinate the shrimp and it still turned out really flavorful and delicious. I also had a couple slices of gruyere & olive sourdough bread (which I’m addicted to now)
