what do you prefer? Do you prefer soy milk, almond milk, or regular milk and why?

How has everyone’s day been going?

I’ve been semi productive today and have decided that starting tomorrow I am going to re-energize and motivate!

I have my first exams coming on this tuesday and Friday and MUST Study for them. I also want to try to get ahead in as many classes as possible which will equal less stress near exam week. That is why I am trying to work on this childhood obesity paper now instead of later even though its not due until the middle of November.  I do not really have anything exciting for you right now but here is a picture of my scrumptious lunch

 

I was craving cookies afterwards but don’t have any and didn’t want to make any because I will eat them all so I invented a cookie creation that may sound gross to some but I thought it tasted quite good.

Pizza from last night, homemade cole-slaw , a few baked salt and vinegar chips and a carrot stick which is hidden

Pizza from last night, homemade cole-slaw , a few baked salt and vinegar chips and a carrot stick which is hidden

 Microwave oatmeal cookie creation:

  •  handful of oats in a bowl                               raisins
  • spoonful of vanilla fat free yogurt             sprinkle of brown sugar    
  • splash of egg white
  • splash of soy milk
  • cinnamon sprinkle

Mix it all together and pop it in the microwave for about 1:20 seconds and then top with 4 mini bp cups

It didn’t taste as good as an oatmeal cookie but it satisfied my craving…. now I am chewing gum to keep me away from eating more pb cups :)
