I get fevers very often. Sometimes they come when I'm already feeling achy or have a headache but often they come out of no where and bring on fatigue and sometimes dizziness. Usually they are in the 100-101 degree range but sometimes higher and a few times they've even been over 103. What are the possible causes for this?
