My son has white spots on his tongue that have since turned red (some of them). He also has a red skin rash that started around his buttocks and has since slowly crept up his back. He has had a fever before we noticed that he had these spots (the fevers started about 6 oclock this morning and we treated it with motrin. 3 doses total throughout the day to keep the fever at bay. Other wise the only other symptom he has is his tongue bothering him.
