The most influential habit I’ve gotten into is drinking water. It seems simple, but I HATED water before. It’s true though- the more you drink it, the more you love it- I love it now.
Also, you have to love what you are eating. If the thought of eating steamed vegetables or salads makes you shudder FIND ANOTHER WAY- grill them, oven roast them, sautee them, or dress up your salad differently. If you don’t enjoy your food you will not eat your food.
