What are you doing today to bring you closer to your goals physically, emotionally, intellectually, or financially?

We must keep our goals in mind for us to make sure we are prioritizing the right items through the day. We don't want to go on automatic mode- we want to consciously act in ways to create a fulfilled, passionate, and healthful life. So I ask: what are you doing today to bring you closer to your goals physically, emotionally, intellectually, or financially?
