I am 39 years of age and my birth place is Kerala, India.I am a male and day by day my weight decreases. As i consulted an Internal Medicine doctor , he diagonised and conducted various test and told that i am having hyper thyroid. Now i am taking a medicne called NEOMECAZOLE (5 mg) three times a day.
Please give a list of food that i have to avoid in order to cure my hyper thyroid.
and also the name of fruits,vegetalble and other food that i should eat a lot
