What a whirlwind.

Posted Nov 12 2012 2:25pm

We arrived back from London last night around 8pm, which was 2am London time so I am a little out of it today. I LOVE LONDON! I have nothing but great things to say about that city.  The people were wonderful, friendly, helpful, considerate, polite, well-dressed, and courteous.  The food was everything I thought it wasn't going to be; tasty, trendy, healthy options, small portions, and fresh.  It was the easiest city to get navigate and tour, around every turn there was a different scene with something unique about it.  And the soccer game we went to was worth every penny.  We got to see a great game with lots of goals scored and more passion from the fans than you see anywhere in the states.  I knew it was going to be an experience and it was.  Put a check next to Premier League soccer game on my bucket list!

Photos from top left corner clockwise: Tea at the Wolseley, Chelsea soccer stadium, View from the flight, Arsenal Soccer Stadium, At Arsenal Game, Outside Arsenal Stadium, Trafalgar Square, London Bridge, Jamie Oliver's Shop Recipease, Ryan with the Chelsea Team, Dinner at Polpo, Harrod's, Phonebooth.

This Week's Workout PlanSunday: Run with Ryan through Hyde Park, London.  So picturesque.
Monday: Mat Pilates (exactly what my body needed after a long day of traveling)
Tuesday: Teach Bootcamp
Wednesday: Strength and Cardio Workout
Thursday: Teach Bootcamp and Pilates
Friday: Yoga and Run
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Run

These "weights" were in our room at the hotel.  So interesting in shape and display.  The pictures show you what to do and what muscles the exercises work. How cool and swanky, super fitting for our hotel.  Artwork + Fitness = Fitwork!
