Welcome to CertifiablyFit’s Trainer’s Notes!

Hello everyone! My name is Erica and I’m so glad you decided to visit with us today. I am the creator of CertifiablyFit: The Healthy Lifestyle Approach and also the author of this blog.  I was inspired by my own journey from morbid obesity to better health, to create this approach to help others reach their fitness and weight management goals. This Blog’s Purpose

This Blog’s purpose is to provide helpful information on fitness and weight management topics so that you, the reader, can gather information to assist you in reaching your goals. My hope is that it also can be place where a supportive community can be built among readers as well. So please feel free to comment on my posts to start interacting with each other.

What You Will Find On This Blog

The topics on this blog are primarily gong to be categorized in the components that make up The Healthy Lifestyle Approach. These components are:  Nutrition, Physical Activity, Social Support, Stress Management, Emotional Wellness, Self Efficiency, & Sleep.  If you would like to know more about The Healthy Lifestyle Approach click here . In addition to covering those components you also will find general fitness and weight management information, lessons learned from my own personal journey, product reviews, as well as interviews with my clients.

I hope that as this blog gets established I will be able to run product giveaways and host some fitness and weight management challenges.
