Weight Loss Struggle

Ahhh, I have broken my diet plan during the weekend and it went through for a couple of days after, so my weight stays the same for this week. Oh well, the week is not yet over and I still have a couple of days to catch up to loose at least 1 or 2 lbs this week.

I have followed one of my online buddies diet secret in drinking one tbsp of apple cider vinegar and tbsp of honey every after meal. I combine this to my weight loss plan of balance diet (including more tomatoe on each meal) and regular exercise. I started the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey since Monday. I had a couple of acidic reaction on my stomach during the first day- but after that, everything is normal.

I didn't lost any weight this week YET, because I have been eating the wrong food. Meaning, I lost my focus since Monday. I will keep my mind focus on my weight loss diet because I really really want to loose weight by December. Let's wait and see!!
