Hello! I am really confused about my workout plan for this week so I decided I should just post a tentative schedule this morning! There are so many classes I want to take but my body would not like me if I did every single one. I guess that’s better than not wanting to exercise at all. Here is the plan:
Thursday: Spin at SunCycle Studios (or rest day). I am going to the Wendy Williams show on Thursday so I am taking a day off of work. My mom is coming so I have a feeling I might not exercise. Look for me in the audience on Thursday if you can watch the show! I will be the girl crying because Armin Van Buuren (my favorite DJ) will be on the show. YESS.
Friday: Rest if I do go to spin on Thursday, Refine Method if I don’t rest.
Saturday: Refine Method or Spin at SunCycle
Sunday: Refine Method or Spin at SunCycle
See…I am very confused. I need to take as many spin classes at SunCycle as possible because it is part of my training if I want to teach there!! Yay! I don’t like missing Refine Method though. I also really miss intenSati. Missy problems…
