Hello! I know that I did not post my exercise plan last week but I promise I did workout a lot. It was just one of those weeks where I did not feel like blogging, felt tired every day, and was super busy at work. Here is what my week looked like:
Monday: Rest day (went to Swedish House Mafia the night before so got in plenty of dancing at least!) Tuesday:Refine Wednesday: Taught intenSati Thursday: Refine Friday: Refine Saturday: Rest (AKA hungover day) Sunday: Body Ride at Revolve with Jason Tran (review to come this week).
Here is my plan for this week! Today: Body Ride at Revolve with Jason Tran (Yes, two days in a row but this one is a special blogger/fitness class hosted by Dori and Melissa . His class is so amazing so I don’t mind going twice in a row!) Tuesday: Refine or walk outside (I am living with my sister this week which is a couple of blocks from Refine and next to the Hudson so I will choose tomorrow morning.) Wednesday: Refine Thursday: Refine Friday: Refine Saturday: Rest or Refine Sunday: Rest or Refine
I know I can’t go to Refine 6 days in a row so we will see how the week goes and I will add in a rest day somewhere. I obviously want to take advantage of living minutes away from the studio instead of an hour by subway. Oh man…I could get used to this.
