Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Here is my workout plan for the week:
Monday: Practice teaching spin (30 minutes) Tuesday: Spin at Suncycle Studios (45 minutes) Wednesday: Spin at Revolve in the morning (45 minutes) and teach intenSati at night (1 hour) Thursday: Practice teaching spin and/or Refine Method . Friday:Refine Method (1 hour) Saturday: Rest Sunday: Spin at Revolve (45 minutes)
As you can see, this week will include more spinning and less Refine Method. I went to Refine Method 6 days last week so I definitely could use some rest. I am also trying to create a spin class in hopes that I will find a studio to teach at soon!

I am happy to say that I completed my Refine Resolution Challenge on Saturday! I went 36 times in 3 months! Since I was on vacation for a week, I had to go almost every single day last week in order to complete the challenge. I plan to continue going 3-4 times a week now that the challenge is over. I definitely feel stronger and love it more than any class at Equinox!
After my 6th class yesterday, I enjoyed brunch at Josie’s with Dori and Cameo. We rewarded ourselves with a couple of these….
