I just got back from a cruise where I ate a ton of amazing food so I am excited to get back to my regular workout routine this week! Here is what I have planned:
Monday: Refine Method
Tuesday: Refine Method or intenSati
Wednesday: Teach intenSati
Thursday: Refine Method
Friday: Refine Method or rest
Saturday: Refine Method or rest
Sunday: Refine Method
I have not been to Refine Method in over a week so I am craving it and want to go every day! I know my legs cannot handle my plan so this will most likely change during the week.
I did manage to get in some exercise on my cruise! My mom and I went to the gym during our first day at sea.
The gym was huge and beautiful! I had to test out the spin bike. New goal: Teach spin on a cruise ship.
I also jogged and walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. This was the view:
I could jog for much longer than usual because of the amazing ocean view.
Another morning, my mom and I walked 3 miles on the track.
I got some extra exercise in at night because there were so many dance parties!
