Hello! Hope everyone had a nice weekend and St. Patty’s Day! Of course I like any holiday that involves drinking so I did a bar crawl on Saturday all day. I felt like I was in college again (girls dancing on tables at 1:00 in the afternoon) but it was fun.
I did still manage to get in some workouts this weekend! I will share more about my results at the end of the post. Here is my workout plan for this week:
Wednesday: FITMAPPED workout at AS 1 (not sure what this is yet!)
Thursday: Refine Method
Friday: Refine Method
Saturday: Refine Method (if I can get myself together before heading to Philly that morning)
Sunday: Rest (AKA fly to Florida!)
I am going on a cruise next week so I need to get in as many Refine Method classes as possible because I have a goal of 14 classes this month for the Refine Resolution Challenge! It is definitely a big challenge when you are missing an entire week!
Last Week Results
Monday: Body Ride at Revolve with Jason Tran. Complete!
Tuesday: Refine or walk outside . No Refine but I did walk/run 3 miles outside with my sister. I suck at running but the view was beautiful!
Wednesday: Refine. Complete!
Thursday:Refine Complete! Also did another run/walk outside in the morning! I loved living by water for a week!
Friday: Refine… Change of plans. Went to spin at Revolve instead! Complete!
Saturday: Rest or Refine. Rest
Sunday: Rest or Refine Refine. Complete!
I realized last week after two miserable attempts, I will never be a runner. Okay, it was also 20 degrees outside and I could not breathe but I still never like running. Once it gets warmer, I may do a 5K. For now, I will stick with what I love–spin, intenSati, and Refine Method!
