Weekly Meals and Workouts 12/9

I’m back with another plan for the week. :)

I love that I’ve started posting them – it really keeps me organized and on track throughout the week!

I made a few changes throughout last week since we didn’t feel like cooking on Wednesday. So, instead of pasta night, we headed out to our favorite local seafood restaurant – Legal Seafood !

As for last weeks workouts, I pretty much stuck to it – only change was my thursday run – I did 5 miles but no speed work. My session with Jess and 40 minutes on the bike for a hilly workout left my legs very tired! I rarely alter my workouts, but when my body tells me I can/can’t do something – I usually listen ;)

This week starts my Christmas prep (and finals prep – boo!) – presents, organizing my baking schedule, and helping mom decorate the house – Looks like it’s going to be a good week! Minus the school work that is …

Meal Plan

Sunday: out to dinner

Monday: Rotisserie Chicken, roasted asparagus, and butternut squash “fries”

Tuesday: Leftovers (night class-last one!!)

Wednesday: Modified recipe of Mushroom Stuffed Pork Tenderloin , roasted brussel sprouts, and a salad

ThursdayMustard roasted salmon , roasted broccoli, and mashed acorn squash

Friday: Breakfast for dinner or out to dinner

Saturday: Wing it/leftovers/free-for-all

Workout Plan

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 6 miles (speed work) and strength workout with Jess

Wednesday: Leg workout and 30 minutes elliptical/bike

Thursday: 5-6 miles (easy) and bootcamp

Friday: Strength workout and yoga

Saturday: 9 miles

Sunday: OFF

I’m ready to get this week started! Lots of fun things to look forward to .. the semester ending, my friends coming home, holiday shopping/decorating, and christmas parties :)

With that said, time to finish up some projects due this week!
