I love that I’ve started posting them – it really keeps me organized and on track throughout the week!
I made a few changes throughout last week since we didn’t feel like cooking on Wednesday. So, instead of pasta night, we headed out to our favorite local seafood restaurant – Legal Seafood !
As for last weeks workouts, I pretty much stuck to it – only change was my thursday run – I did 5 miles but no speed work. My session with Jess and 40 minutes on the bike for a hilly workout left my legs very tired! I rarely alter my workouts, but when my body tells me I can/can’t do something – I usually listen
