Weekly Meals and Workouts 12/30

Hey there!

Although it’s a day late, here are my plans for my meals and workouts this week!

My meal plans last week pretty much were different everyday, so you may see a few of them carried over to this week. Like I always say, they’re plans to keep organized but are always flexible :)

Here’s what this week looks like:

Meal Plan:

Monday: wing it (no NYE dinner parties, but heading out on the town so need to fuel up before ;) )

Tuesday: Rotisserie chicken, roasted veggies and sweet taters, and a big salad

Wednesday: Spaghetti squash with ground turkey and veggie tomato sauce

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: out to dinner for my Dad’s birthday

Saturday: Mustard-Roasted salmon with quinoa pilaf and a veggie

Sunday: out to dinner/wing it

Workouts:

Monday: Bootcamp (legs)

Tuesday: OFF or a strength workout (depends how I’m feeling)

Wednesday: 6 miles (easy) and a strength workout with Jess

Thursday: Bootcamp (abs)

Friday: 5 miles (speed)

Saturday: OFF or a strength workout (depends how I’m feeling)

Sunday: 8 miles

I’ve been getting numerous e-mails from the Half Marathons I’m signed up for and they made me realize that they’ll be here before I know it!! I’m finalizing my training plan and will have it up soon :)

A new PR here I come!
