It’s Sunday and that means it’s the end of the weekend – boo! It’s been a good one and somewhat relaxing, but, as always, it went by way too fast.
Here’s my weekly meals and workout plan for the week. This week is looking to be a busy one, so I’m glad I took the time to plan and get organized.
Monday: Roasted Spaghetti Squash with ground turkey and mixed vegetable tomato sauce
Tuesday: Leftovers (night class)
Wednesday: Pasta with sauteed shrimp in a lemon sauce
Thursday: a modified version of this Chili with homemade Cornbread
Friday: leftovers (night class)
Saturday: out to dinner
Tuesday: 6 mile run (increasing tempo) and a strength workout with Jess
Wednesday: 40 minutes on the bike/elliptical (depending on what I feel like )
Thursday: 4-5 mile run (speed work) and bootcamp
Friday: Strength workout
Sunday: 8 mile run
My grocery store run will happen tomorrow after class. The day just got away from me today! However, I did get lots of other tasks done today so I’m feeling productive
