I’m back after a short break from blogging! I’ve been enjoying my last few days of break with my best friends before we have to part ways again when grad school starts Take advantage of days off and have some fun!
It’s been great not having to worry about school work and grades. I’m not looking forward to the start of the semester AT ALL. The only thing I’m looking forward to is finishing the classes so I’m one step closer to becoming a RD
Since classes start on Tuesday, my weekly meal and workout plans will be more helpful than ever for my stress level!
Here’s what’s planned for this week:
Sunday: Out to dinner
Monday: Shrimp Stir-fry with brown rice noodles
Wednesday: Roasted Tofu, Black beans, and chopped fresh veggies
Thursday: Roasted Salmon with sweet potato fries and steamed broccoli
Friday: Grilled Chicken, mashed cauliflower, and a veggie (TBD)
