Sunday Pork chops with curried cauliflower mousse (Meals That Heal Inflammation) and lemony roasted potatoes ( Veganomican ) Monday Chicken Curry in the slow cooker ( MTHI ) Tuesday asparagus stir fry Wednesday Cashew ginger tofu(ED& BV), sauteed baby bokchoy ( MTHI ) with brown rice Thursday Going to an event - dinner out Friday Lemon Garlic Pasta (ED& BV ) Saturday Burgers (hopefully on the BBQ) with salad and sweet potato fries |
