Last week’s workouts were meh. I got 4 days in which I am happy about but on Friday we ran errands all morning which is a workout in itself. Yesterday we were down in Savannah. Today I am wildly trying to get things done around the house. I have to remind myself that at this point cleaning the floors and vacuuming ARE workouts haha. Either way I am happy to still be moving and in relative comfort. Here’s what week 26 looked like:
Overall I am still feeling pretty good while working out. I plan on starting to use a maternity support belt this week with running to help take some of the pressure off my lower-belly. I also think my paces are about to slow down too which is a-ok. I am one week away from the 3rd trimester (!!!!) so I know that my energy levels in the coming weeks are going to change as well. I was super lucky to work out to the end with Em and I sure hope that things continue that way this time
Happy Sunday friends! I have my fantasy football draft this afternoon and grilling at a friend’s house. At some point Chris and I need to start thinking about Jellybean’s room too
