Weekly Fitness: 25 Weeks Pregnant

Last week was a pretty pitiful week in workouts but I did manage to squeeze a few in.  Monday I was sick, Tuesday I was recovering, and Wednesday the teething fairy did me in.  Fingers crossed this week is better :)

 

MONDAY: Rest

TUESDAY: Rest

WEDNESDAY: Rest

THURSDAY: 3 mile run + CrossFit Mom WOD

FRIDAY: 2.5 mile run + CrossFit Mom WOD

SATURDAY: Yoga class
