Weekly Fitness: 22 Weeks Pregnant

Happy Sunday friends!  I am getting a late start to this update but definitely wanted to share it before the new week started.  Last week’s workouts were ok …. I didn’t get in quite as many as I would have liked but I did manage to get in 4 out of the 7 days.  Actually now that I write that I am a little happier ;)  Last Wednesday was Chris’ unit family day at Holbrook Pond at Fort Stewart.  I knew I was going to be in the sun all day and on my feet so I scheduled it as a rest day.  What I didn’t realize is that I would literally be running around on on my feet for 5+ hours.  Needless to say I needed Thursday to recover ;)


MONDAY: 2 mile walk with the dogs + Tabatas (squats, push-ups, upright rows)

TUESDAY:  2.5 mile run + warm-up/cool-down + CrossFit Mom Workout



FRIDAY:  3.08 mile run + CrossFit Mom Workout  + Warm-Up/Cool-Down


SUNDAY: Vinyasa Flow class


Total Miles: 9
