Weekly Fitness: 21 Weeks Pregnant

You guys I did it …. I survived my interviews for Physician Assistant School.  WEEE!!!  Now I just wait and see!  I am a firm believer in whatever happens happens when it is supposed to and for a reason so I feel really at peace with everything since now it is out of my hands.  Another awesome thing?   Presley and fam were here last night!  We had a great time grilling and watching the kids play.  I am so lucky that I have such great blogging friends who have turned into real friends :)

 

I also managed to get in a few workouts this week.  With Chris being gone and 2 days of PA school interviews I didn’t have a ton of spare time.  Regardless, I made the most of the time I did have and feel great!

 

MONDAY: Rest

TUESDAY: 20 minute run (2.06 miles) + 10 minutes incline walking + BBB Workout A

WEDNESDAY: 4 mile run + 0.5 mile warm-up/cool-down + 1.5 mile walk with dogs

THURSDAY: 2 mile stroller run + 1 mile walk with dogs + CrossFit WOD

FRIDAY: Rest

I am not sure if I will fit in any workouts this weekend.  I am playing today by ear and tomorrow morning we are hitting the beach so working out is highly unlikely ;)  Not bad though for 21 weeks pregnant !
