Hello from Atlanta! We made it up here yesterday morning for a quick 24 hour trip. Emmalyne had an absolute blast at the aquarium and we had a great dinner with Tina last night …. I can’t wait to share all about it in a couple of days! In the meantime, I wanted to share my workouts from the week. I am striving hard to have a #FitPregnancy and am trying to keep track of my workouts like I did with Fitness Friday before being knocked up. My workouts have definitely changed and I’ll chat about that more soon, but until then here is what I did at 18 weeks preggo .
Monday: Hour long yoga class + BBB Workout A (lower body) + 0.5mile walk
Tuesday: 40 minute stroller run
Wednesday: 2.55 mile walk
Thursday: 2 mile walk
Friday: Chasing Em around the Atlanta Aquarium
Overall I am pretty satisfied with this week. I wish I had more time for strength training but my meeting schedule and family time didn’t really allow for it. I am glad I got some miles in ( 5.5 of them being with the dogs) and running is still feeling good, albeit slower. Definitely have areas to improve next week but overall I am just happy to be moving
