Weekend Challenge! I know I already challenged my readers once this week asking you to try adding Trainer Bob’s Moves to your daily routine. However, I’m challenging all of you lovelies again because it’s so important to constantly change you routine to keep seeing results. That said if you really like a particular move from any routine, keep it!

This week I have a challenge from my two favorite trainers Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson from Tone It Up! Do these three adapted moves with 12-15 reps 3 sets each this weekend and I guarantee that you’ll love the results!
