Cycling: 179 minutes

I also discussed five ingredients that I will not eat under any circumstances .

Overall, it was a great week!

It felt great to be back in the swing of things and back in my normal routine after Christmas Vacation.

Next week, I am starting my last semester of college, so I might not have as much time to workout, but I want to continue doing what I am doing.

Goals for this week:

  • Try two new recipes
  • Do a long run
  • Do two swim workouts
  • Adjust to class again
